"The room was clean, didn't smell, and everything worked like it should. The beds were comfortable and the towels were good. The shower head in the shower was comically low, but other than that, it was fine. The facility is older, and it shows, but updates have been made in the rooms. It was nice to have a microwave and minifridge."

"The amenities stated are not there.. newer built with contractor issues, once checked out accused of damage that happened in a room that I never went in. That a child had done. (Drawings on walls) no children with us. Yes I will admit that my pup did a small tinkle on rug that I didn’t see. But I don’t like being accused of damage when I’m very OCD about cleanliness so I washed the towels and started 2 loads of bed linens before I left, all dishes and counters were scrubbed. "Cute cabin for those wanting to have a relaxing weekend away. Cabin was great, signage for getting places could have been better. The kayaks were available, but they weren’t well maintained and the bin for life jackets was overrun by wasps."

"The property grounds are well taken care of. Check-in process was easy. You will need to bring all toiletries, toilet paper, detergents, soap etc. The brakers constantly tripped in the kitchen and throughout the house so making food, coffee, charging items was made difficult. We unfortunately had to use one of the recreational spaces to make our toast and coffee for breakfast. Dinner one night took about two hours and a half hours because of the electrical issues. "This home is positively lovely and exceeded our expectations. We were able to seamlessly book and check-in. We loved the home and luxurious backyard with great pool. Michael and Amber were responsive, friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. We are looking forward to booking with them again for future trips to Arkansas!"
