"Staff were lovely throughout the stay. They helped us with room location as I anxiously called in advance. It was our first hotel miles away from home. The staff in the bar area helped with warming milk for my young child. The breakfast staff were all amazing, helpful and very kind to us. The room was “standard” but HUGE for us. We had everything we needed and more!! Would highly recommend staying with this hotel and brand again. Above and beyond expectations!! "

"There were one or two drawbacks, my room was on the second floor with no lift available, however, my luggage was carried up the stairs for me by the receptionist. There was a problem on the first night with air conditioning, but this was remedied the next day. Overall I would not hesitate to return to the hotel next time I am in St Albans. "

"A wonderful stay and a place we will definitely re-visit. My youngest has autism and often struggles in unfamiliar environments, but the suite we had was calming, clean and large. The restaurant and breakfast were lovely. A nice relaxing break after a busy morning of walking around the Warner Bros studios"

"Lovely spacious room with a 12pm checkout time allowing me plenty of time in the morning to work from the room. Breakfast was excellent and they provided ample time - around 3 hours. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly. "
