The property was clean and well cared-for, with a pleasant kitchen/dining/sitting room, a single large bedroom and en excellent shower room. "Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable.
