Vi ankom til hotellet kl 20 om aftenen men hotellet insisterede stadig på at vi skulle betale Club-fee for brug af deres faciliteter såsom pool, trollies mm. De talte meget dårligt engelsk og det eneste mad var på hotellet til 25€ pr mand… vi fandt et pizzaria i nærheden. Deres bar ved vandet er skøn og med en flot solnedgang. "A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. "Great property! Very gorgeous location and a comfortable room. 15 mins drive from Alcamo and an hour from Palermo. There’s no restaurant on site, you have to pay €90 to make sure a private chef cooks for you that day which is inconvenient. There is also no elevator on the property. The spa service was mediocre "

We loved our room with the balcony overlooking the plaza and the sea. I would not, however, recommend getting a message at the spa. We signed up for a sport massage and got a light rub at best by someone who was clearly not trained in giving a massage. It was very disappointing. "

Shuttle to and from airport was prompt and easy with a minimal fee. Only 10 minutes from airport too! This is a gem of a quaint town close to the beach."
