"We stayed in a duplex which was spotless and all staff we came across were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and we could control the temperature both in the bedroom and seating area separately. The hotel is really well Located for both the old town and Gros. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I especially loved the shower. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm in San Sebastian. "

"Super séjour on a été très surpris de la qualité du bâtiment avec tout ce que on peux faire ici et le côté très chaleureux et social du lieu tout le monde cohabite ensemble c’est super et on a accès à tellement de choses c’est génial. Le service, la propreté ainsi que la qualité du lieu est irréprochable rien à dire de loin un des meilleurs hôtels où je suis allé. Allez-y les yeux fermer. On reviendra c’est sûr !! "
