The negatives were that it appeared people live on site and there was furniture out front of some of the units, like couches and chairs. This does not make the property attractive or appealing. "We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy.
