"Wonderful attention to detail. Clean white linen and towels. Hot shower. Fresh coffee in am. Super clean!!! Pool area and pavillion with outside shower and bathroom. Full kitchen for use. Front desk staff very friendly speaking english very well. Carlos and Eduardo were outstanding. Always helpful and accomodating. Top of our list having stayed in Playa at 6 different places. Valuse for money is great. Looking forward to returning there"

"Location is perfect, half block to one block from sea, beach, ferry, bus station. Garden is lovely, and the pool is cool and relaxing. Little cenote with turtles in the courtyard. Staff is the absolute best. Very helpful and friendly. Super clean, too. "

"The property was close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and had air conditioning, which is a must if you come to Playa del Carmen. The host was very helpful and quick to reply, we will come back for sure."

"Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. Come to party or bring earplugs, the nightclub next door gets going around 1130pm and runs until...

Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

"My family and I had a great time at this resort! The resort was well-maintained, beautiful, and a good value. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were a bit dated. I think the showers could use an update. But, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The beach was not the cleanest (due to the water and seaweed, not due to people’s waste), but the pool was beautiful. Would visit again! "

"This hotel was really great. The price was inexpensive. The location is right in the heart of action. The only concern is that the nightclubs are right below so they play music to about four in the morning but for young people looking for a clean, nice inexpensive hotel you can’t do any better than this place. Also try the restaurant below Yum Yum it’s delicious."

"GREAT Location to everything! The staff was great and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel is a little dated but I would book another stay there. The view was nice but the beach is full of seaweed, ALOT of it, so bad that it can't be kept, this is the entire shoreline and the smell is pretty bad. "
