Excellent Hotel and service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was the best that we had on on our entire week long holiday. Excellent choices on the menu. We loved the cart boys, specially Sol ❤️ Service was very poor otherwise, receptions English was not good. Cleaning was very poor and got a bit better after a complaint (I rarely do) Calling the cart to pick up was a lottery, maybe they come, maybe they don’t. Facility was nice. Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused.
