"Do not book this hotel you could end up at a different hotel. I would love to write a review of The Palmyra Beach Hotel. However when we arrived we were told that our room was in their sister hotel across the road. When we pointed out that we had booked the Palmyra Beach not the lower rated Emmantina only then were we told, not convincingly, there was a problem with the room. We were never told what the problem was. They ordered a taxi and we had to leave. This is not acceptable. We had no real apology and not even offered a free drink in compensation. Utterly poor. Beware."
