"Outstanding boutique hotel with superb gardens and swimming pool. Hotel is located in the suburbs of Funchal with free parking. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was spacious and well-appointed and had a balcony overlooking the gardens. Food was excellent!"

"Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I particularly loved my room - I had a superior room which was very big and spacious and had a balcony with such an incredible view. I also loved the swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor). The reception staff were super friendly who made me feel happy and welcomed. A particular shout out to Katerina at the reception desk who showed me such great hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely gorgeous and clean facilities, pools, rooms, and dining. I highly recommend the half board option, the food and service was impeccable. The staff was gracious enough to upgrade our room as a celebration for a HUGE job promotion I had just received (and the reason for my trip). Can’t recommend this place enough. The demographic is a bit older but my fiance and I expected this. The sites poolside were breathtaking and there were plenty of places to sit. Great wine selection and the menu at the main restaurant changed nightly making it so we never got bored. 10/10 Cliff Bay! "
