"This is my go-to place when staying in the Redding area. Rooms are large and the property is pet friendly. I do travel with a disabled person, who cannot use his legs. The beds are above wheelchair height, even in the ADA rooms. This is a disappointment, and does put a damper on the stay as getting into bed is a chore. Otherwise, excellent. "

"This is an old property that needs to be updated. Noisy window air conditioner, microwave did not work, too soft mattress on a bed that creaked with every move. Breakfast room was messy and not very appealing. We were shocked and disappointed that Wyndham was associated with this property. Would not recommend this motel. Area around property did not feel safe. "

"Staff was extremely nice, they did have issues right before we arrived and tried calling us but I was out of service range. Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean . Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone."

"For a little older Hotel I like the Cleanliness and the ease to park a long vehicle near the Hotel Thomas was a Great greeter and very helpful at reception This is my second time here I will be back again and again "
