"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it."

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. Die Eigentümerin Alfredo und Korin sind sehr nett, alles verlief reibungslos und Alfredo stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Meer sowie Rovinj und Pula waren innerhalb von 20-30 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für den tägl. "Eine tolle Wohnung, die super aufgeteilt ist und blitzsauber. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch in optimaler Lage für alle Arten von Ausflügen und Strandbesuche. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, der Pool einladend und der Gastgeber Goran mit seiner ganzen Familie sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. In Barban gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Für uns als Familie somit das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil."

"Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in dieser sehr sauberen großräumigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Ein schöner Garten rundet alles ab. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswürdig, immer wieder gab es kroatische Köstlichkeiten selbst gekocht und gebacken. Salat und Kräuter aus dem eigenem Garten. Hier wird man mit Herzen aufgenommen. "A first-class vacation home which we enjoyed tremendously during a one-week stay in July 2021. It offered everything we needed for a family of five (three children between the ages of 8 and 12). We all enjoyed the large and very clean pool, breakfasts and dinners on the terrace, the warm welcome by the owner as well as the beautiful places to visit in Istria and beyond. We are looking forward to returning to this house on a future trip."

"Für uns waren es sieben Tage Erholung und Entspannung pur. Das Haus bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Mitten in der Natur gelegen, nicht weit von dem kleinen Dorf Trget. Von Tourismus keine Spur. In Trget, gibt es zwei einheimische Restaurants und einen kleinen Hafen. Im ca. 10 min entfernten Labin gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dm, Lidl Spar usw.
