"The Westin always offers great service and hospitality. My aunt and I were in town for the Red Sox vs Yankees game. We wanted a hotel near Back Bay station as we traveled by train as opposed to driving. Conveniently, the Westin provides direct access to the Copley shopping mall, which we love and is also close to the Green line which we required to get to Fenway Park. We love when we can get convenience, cleanliness, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. "

"Great place. Will stay again. Double bed accessible room 400 sq feet was perfect for me and my toddler. Arrived late and they had the crib ready for us when we got there. Great location by the park and newbury street yet also walkable to downtown. "
