"The room was beautiful and as advertised. Would definitely come back here. The layout of the hotel is a little strange though as the lobby is on the top floor and to access the guest rooms, you need to ride to the top first, then use a separate elevator to go down to the guest room floors."

Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! "

"Check-in was easy. Staff were prompt with fulfilling request. Relatively near the Guangzhou university sports center which holds concerts. However, surrounding area lacks eateries and convenience."

"I have stayed numerous times and have liked the rooms. However this time the room was old unlike the ones I have stayed in the past. I requested a a walk in shower rather then a bathtub, but they claimed they were mot available. In sum, i would stay there again as I love the Sultan Restaurant behind the hotel."

"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."
