"Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome."

"The location was great, we enjoyed Bacalar and other activities close by. The host responded quickly when we asked for a different coffee pot. The beds were comfortable the showers were great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool in the evenings.We would have enjoyed more water with 5 people for 5 days it wasn’t enough. The AC is only in the bedrooms and if you cook they will not cool the kitchen. Overall we felt very safe and if I wasn’t going to cook much I would love to rent again. "Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine. Quiet and clean. Spacious and near the pool. Pool was very nice. Ben was great with information how to walk to the lagoon fifteen minutes away. Bring bug repellent. It is a jungle out there. Found the lake and had the place all to ourselves. Spectacular. Seven colours in the water easy to identify. Warm and fresh. Stairs made access into and out of the water easy. Nice little place to sit and enjoy the view. Marco, made us dinner. Very friendly and knowledgeable fellow. A great pasta based on his Italian roots. Prima 👍👍 Sitting by the fire was relaxing. Star gazing was easy and beautiful. Nice quiet room to sleep at night. Woken up by the bird calls. Breakfast was included and ok. Coffee needs work. No kayaks :( and water not quite as close as expected but still worth the walk."

"This place is beautiful and modern! Surrounded by natural beauty, close to the lagoon and the town of Bacalar. We loved staying here, in fact we booked 4 additional nights we loved it so much! Highly recommend, the Host was super friendly and accommodating! "

"The Host(s) Mary and Jose are amazing and will make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile during your stay: Food Delivery, Ice Delivery, keep house clean ect.....Understand this....if you are going to stay here....you will need a Rental Car if you plan on seeing anything! Nearest town is Bacalar 30 minutes away! There is Nothing near you. The house pictures and accommodations are exactly what is portrayed! Beautiful and very relaxing!!!! If you are looking for peace and quite! This beautiful property is perfect! We had a wonderful time. Oops.... Bring Bug Spray just incase! "

"This place was perfect for my birthday getaway with friends. The lake and dock were fantastic and really made us feel like we were on the edge of the world, we saw maybe 6 other people the whole time we were on the water. Rooms were clean and the AC units in the bedrooms worked great. It was a true jungle oasis. Felt very safe, especially with the 24 hr manned security gate. The chef recommended by Sally, Chef Martin and his team made the most delicious meals. Large portions and truly amazing food every single day, that was such a treat. Would love to come back!"

"Limpio, tranquilo, personal muy amable, te prestan bicis y kayaks.. solo debes planear tus comidas, no hay nada cerca, ni una tiendita.. sali a vomer a in lugar llamado el pez de oro y me cobraron carísimo por un plato de camarones mal hechos $300 en una palapa con muy bonota vista y nada mas... si quieres algo tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza espectacular un par de dias, ese es el lugar, si buscas lujos y gente mo es ahi.. estas aislado de todo"
