"I first must say the room was clean & so was the property and the staff is wonderful. I had a problem with the noise. The pool is supposed to be open 8 to 8. Well there were people out there to way past midnight and then I heard people at 1 or 2 laughing and making all sorts of noise. It was tough not to go and complain. I probably should have. The doors are older, and they are not sealed all the way so you can see the light and because of this, you can hear all the noise which echoes up from the pool & courtyard. Since I have stayed in other hotels in Panama City, the breakfast was OK, not great. Mainly because of the noise I would not stay there again."

"Great quiet hotel. Pool a decent size and never crowded. No nice relaxing evening bar was the only disadvantage. Metro near. Good room. Would stay again. "

"Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, nice grounds with lots of walking paths. Very safe and there is a restaurant on the property, pool, gym and other great amenities. Excellent stay. My only word of advice is to make sure you have your reservation details ready when you arrive at the security gate. This is a gated community. We were given the apartment keys at the security gate. It wasn’t clear in the instructions after booking. But don’t let that stop you. We plan on staying here again. "

"The pool is cute, but I didn’t use it. The cleaning and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful, the front desk staff not so much. Indifferent at best, not particularly friendly or welcoming. One thing I like about this place is that there’s a washer and dryer. But bring quarters and your own detergent. The desk staff have no change and make little effort to help, except to call the restaurant to see if they have change. I keep coming back here because it’s quiet, clean, and in a beautiful natural setting while still very close to the city and the airport. For birdwatchers, there’s excellent birding just behind the inn at the swamp (St Mary’s Catchment). These things, plus the affordable price keep me coming back despite the less than friendly welcome. "

"First of all, Expedia has it advertised as 10 minute walk or 3 minutes from airport. Far from the truth. 17km and 35 minutes 3 tolls away. No sign anywhere on the building and very dark at night. Our Uber driver could not find it neither. We finally got out and asked. Everything is modernized. Had to find the Email to find passcodes to enter. Found a women once we entered and wanted to know how we got in. 20 minutes later and in my junk mail. The building is new, everything clean. Everything! Great for the price but far from airport. "
