Sylvie at the front desk made our trip—she gave us city tips, a map, and top-notch service. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but still central. A true 5-star experience!"

"Room was decent but this is not a 4 start property. Virtually no services, staff did not help with baggage, rooms were worn and finishing/mouldings were in very poor condition. Housekeeping did not replenish products. Climate control is limited to the season, therefore we had only heating despite the warm weather. Walls not very soundproofed. "
