"No bottled water, no cable and TV signal was poor even for background noise, shower broken, staff didn’t clean the room unless asked even then they didn’t bother cleaning the plastic cups they provided. If you want a hot drink you need to get a taxi to somewhere that sells it. I have been to Bali many times and I can honestly say this has been my worst experience with a hotel."
