"Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!!"

"We have never been to a Best Western Plus, and we appreciated the utsch more touch to everything. Familiar amenities, plus. Rhe bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no need to "order a special pillow from the desk." The breakfast bar was meticulously kept clean and stocked and the presentation was perfect. The pancake machine which mixed, poured and exited the pancakes for you is a great idea. All in all, even though we didnt have a view of the lake itself, this property was our favourite of the three we stayed at in the Finger Lakes area. Thank you!"

"A quaint, quiet cottage just as seen on the listing. It was very clean and has all amentities you need for a stay. We enjoyed amazing sunrises over the water and sunsets over the vineyard. The decor is so comfy and fun, very refreshing for the area. "
