"A good start for a recent refurbishment. No doubt seating for the sun room and outside furniture will be available in due course which will certainly enhance the property. Garden furniture would improve residents stay given the beautiful surroundings. Lack of storage upstairs and sufficient seating and crockery we feel is not adequate for 8 people. We felt it was a lovely property more suited to perhaps 6 people than 8. We had a lovely stay."

"We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!"

"Beautiful quiet cottage to recharge and reflect. Very sad time for us due to bereavement but cottage helped to heal our souls. We all loved it even the dog. Mattresses were a bit hard for our backs and sofas a bit soft and low but would not deter us from coming back. Wood burner was excellent at keeping cottage cosy. 9/10"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The house is so beautiful and cozy we immediately felt so at home, and the property was stunning, with beautiful fields and sheep and an incredible view all the way to the sea from the hot tub. "As perfect a place as you can get. The house had everything you could wish for. Anthony even had the heating for us so it was lovely warm and very welcoming. It was late on Sunday when we arrived, so the welcome box of goodies was most appreciated. Roomy, light and airy, just couldn’t be faulted with everything you need. Then you go outside, and it was just so special. So peaceful and even managed to see some wild deer!!!. I urge you to book this house, you will not be disappointed. "

"Our GPS in the rental car wasnt working properly, so finding the cottage was a bit tricky to find, but once we did, oh my! What a great little place! Right on the water, with spectacular views- sunrise on the North Sea. The owner was easy to reach by phone and email. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed."
