"Really lovely hotel, staff couldn't do enough, room was great, we had to make our own beds on arrival, but that was ok. I dont think the breakfast is worth the money sadly. But would stay again! "

"Attended a conference at the ICC for 3 days. Easy to walk,about 6 minutes. Tram passes in front of the hotel, and parking is accessible at the back of the hotel so must drive around to that street to park. Very good selection of hot and cold breakfast. Quiet clean rooms. Reception is on the 3 rd floor accessible by a lift."

"The hotel is in good location easily accessible to the local train station and buses and close to one of the biggest shopping centre In Birmingham. Staff's are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't like the hotel name at first I wasn't sure to book or not to book. The hotel is environmentally friendly."
