"This hotel always provides a great start to any holiday. The checkin is seamless and a lovely lady helps with the computer check-in if you choose this way and are unfamiliar. The beds are cloud soft and provide a great night’s sleep before a long flight next morning. The staff are lovely and so courteous. We had a fantastic fixed price meal in the restaurant. Entree was the best chicken liver pate with a tasty jelly on top that I have tasted anywhere in the world! The accompanying brioche toast was a perfect accompaniment. This was followed by melt in the mouth duck breast, a generous portion, with delicious vegetables to accompany. We could not have been happier with the start of our holiday. Rydges never fails to deliver. Well done!"

"Rooms are nice a spacious and relatively clean. Hotels itself it’s quite dirty and dusty, public bathrooms are shocking. The lines at check in/ membership are ridiculous slow with little amount of staff working the queues which is extremely frustrating to say the very least. Customer service is extremely poor through most avenues of this hotel and you’re usually met with a staff member pretending they didn’t see your needs for their attention/assistance. "

"Very comfortable bed, and loved the easy access to the shower, no needing to step into a bath, the accommodation gave me a room that really suited my needs. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and always very pleasant. There was plenty of activities for both Adults and children, was not there long enough to partake in most of the activities."
