"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car.
Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat.
Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"The Old Piggeries is a charming place to stay on a nicely landscaped site. Very quiet and friendly park with good amenities. Penzance centre, beach, supermarkets, and petrol stations all within easy driving distance. Good value and property is well-equipped and nicely furnished. "The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "The room was very nice- Alec picked us up and dropped us off at the Penzance train station. A welcome package of bread, snacks, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, water , and a few beers were complimentary. A 20 minute walk to the promenade and train station was convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again!"
"A very convenient hotel if you are travelling over to Scilly. Proprietor Linda was extremely helpful, organising us an early breakfast. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Our dog was made very welcome. Over all an excellent stay and we will come again. Thank you"
