"Things we liked was the pool and the location to downtown Dubuque.
Things we didn’t like were the hard beds, the lack of choices for breakfast, the old school lock system on the doors, the smell of weed in the area of the rooms, the trash cans not emptied and the smell in the stair cases"
"Clean. Quiet. Secluded location. Allows dogs for a fee. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that they lock the front doors at night so you have to use the fire exit if you want to leave early in the morning or let your dog out to go to relieve themselves. No staff there before 7am. Also the bed was VERY HARD. My husband liked it but a bit hard for my liking. It's an older property but has been nicely renovated inside. We stayed in the regular hotel not the bio-healing side....
