"I can't recommend the Marsili highly enough. The property is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Cortona center. A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. It was out of a painting. "

"Wonderful surroundings, buildings and pools. The staff were attentive and the food just marvellous, both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside for us was that my elderly mother was visiting with us who found it difficult to get about as the buildings and pool are separate, it would have been good to have had an option for mum to be moved around in one of their electrical vehicles, and steps around the villa had no handrails so assistance was always required, but everything else was...

"This is such a cute fun traditional Tuscan place to stay! Everywhere you look is an amazing view. The dinner was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was super comfortable. The room, while rustic and vintage, was very nice. It was so peaceful and quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the drive through Tuscany to get there. Bonus that it’s near Maximus’s house from the gladiator movie sights!"
