"I had a really nice stay.The hotel is super clean,the room was spacious.Its a very quiet hotel in a quiet area.Only con is that you really need a car to move around. There is a bus stop close by but it mostly just go to the main town of fira ,not great connections The receptionist is super friendly and helpful.She gave very good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants."

"The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours. Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Only one large dinner plate and very little cutlery. The 2 ring hob was extended using tape, health and safety non existent, sockets hanging off the wall. The beds and towels were changed every day which was in-necessary, however the lady doing the rooms was very cheerful. The pool was nice, if you...

"We had a fantastic week's stay in the Smaragdi hotel. Maria and her team were really welcoming And friendly hosts , greeting guests with genuine Smiles and so polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers, and just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and taverna's. What more could you want for a week's holiday 😉 Thanks Paul and Siobhan McGarty."

"An incredible stay at Aeolos. The staff, I can only remember Alex and Kosta's names, but everyone was great. The whole team made the experience very memorable. I highly recommend figuring out your transportation to the hotel from the port or airport before you arrive, because it is quite far from these entry points. However, Thira itself is far from these points, so that's not anything to hold against the hotel. If you need help getting to and from, the hotel staff even arranged my transportation for me!"
