"Check in/out was super easy and all the staff was super helpful offering recommendations for tours and sites to see. They set me up with a transfer to port as well. Rooms were clean and linens changed daily, pool was well kept and the kids really enjoyed it. Very close to the bus stop which we used to get into Fira/Oia. Walking distance to Perissa and Perivolos Beaches, restaurants, markets and coffee shops/bakeries."

"I specifically booked a room with two double beds, as I was travelling with a friend, (and I selected that style of room from the room options listed at the Joy Beach Hotel on the Expedia app/website). When we arrived there was only one bed in the room. No one from the hotel responded to my messages and I went to reception twice during the open hours posted but no one was there.
