"We had a fantastic week's stay in the Smaragdi hotel. Maria and her team were really welcoming And friendly hosts , greeting guests with genuine Smiles and so polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers, and just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and taverna's. "I specifically booked a room with two double beds, as I was travelling with a friend, (and I selected that style of room from the room options listed at the Joy Beach Hotel on the Expedia app/website). When we arrived there was only one bed in the room. No one from the hotel responded to my messages and I went to reception twice during the open hours posted but no one was there.
