"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "

I have booked this property last week for 4 nights, first night we got there the boiler was broken so no hot shower or heating available, i contact the prim stays straight away to solve the issue and they promise that would be sorted. Nothing got done by the hosts so we end up without shower and heating for the entire stay they are a disgraceful housing management business no refund no help no respect for their customers.. Disgusting the way we have been treat by them. STAY AWAY FROM...
