"Nice Food"

"Every thing was ok but, the WiFi would not work for us during our stay so we used hotspot the entire time. They didn’t have and extra covers for guests and the pool had way to much chlorine in it not to have anything circulating in the pool room ! Outside of that stuff it was a great stay breakfast was good staff was friendly "

"The room was super nice once I entered the room on Wednesday I didn’t come back out until breakfast Thursday morning. I wanted to stay and extra night but it was for work. Checking in and out was very fast and the clerks were extremely professional. I will be returning soon. Thank you "

"My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and had planned to camp out in Ouichita state parks. When we arrived at the camping site, we were notified of a large amount of tornadoes that were going to hit, and quickly had to pack up and search for a hotel. The storm hit bad halfway to Hot Springs, and I booked the first hotel I could find availability at, this one. We rushed to the hotel and barely made it inside with the wind and below freezing temperatures. We were then turned away by an extremely rude staff member because my husband and I are under 21. I tried to explain that it was not planned, there were barely any last minute rooms left in Hot Springs, and the weather was getting too bad to drive. They still refused us and sent us back out into the storm. I had already paid for the room. We sat in the parking lot for an HOUR calling hotels nearby for rooms. Our car died multiple times due to the freezing temperatures and terrible wind. We finally found a different hotel at around midnight, and had somewhere warm to stay. When I called the next day asking for a refund, I was told no because I should have called and asked. I HAD called to try and ask if we were allowed to stay in the hotel on the drive up, and no one picked up the phone. We continued to fight for a refund because we did not cancel, and we were not no shows, we were TURNED AWAY into one of the biggest storms Hot Spring had had all year, with no where else to go, 8 hours from home. "

"Clean room it's a pleasant stay. Only downside they have minimalistic breakfast. "

"The suite and lay out of the room was thought through, creating a relaxing environment for sleep and separate living room. The bathroom was nice. The hotel feels new and up to date. The breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, cereals, pancakes. "

"The staff were very nice. The room was ok. The sofa bed mattress was worn out and the cushion was coming apart at the seams. The room was clean. The eating area for breakfast needed more tables and chairs. We had stayed at the Staybridge in Mt Juliette and experienced a very nice time. Much better. "
