Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars"

"Entry to the apartment was confusing aswell as leaving the keys when we left early. Room smelt of urine and bedside tables were dusty. Furniture was dated and had marks on the curtains and furniture. Good location and comfy bed."
