"The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day."

"Incredicle views from the 17th floor. Beautiful interior, very clean and functional. Great location. The complimentary bottle of champagne was delicious - some complimentary chocolates were also promised but were not in the room upon arrival. The television in the bedroom would also not turn on.
