"Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. Gian’s recommendations for restaurants, wineries & experiences were all amazing. Todi, Orvieto & Montefalco were highlights for our group. "We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. Nice location and the house was as expected. Absolut friendly house owner. (greetings to Margarita) House dog Artu takes care of us and our kids loved him. We had a lot of fun there. A place to visit a second time."

"This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. "The villa was amazing and the views absolutely stunning! There were 6 couples and we all had very spacious bedrooms with en-suites. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking in the villa. There were two large dining areas outside, one undercover if it was raining. The pool area was cleaned every day and although we didn’t use it, had a pizza oven and bbq. "We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English.
