Condo Rentals in Philadelphia County

"It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly."

"Great stay!"

"The property was clean, comfortable and far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Great spot!"

"Place was clean and spacious and was well suited for our group. We were able to easily walk to so many great spots downtown from this location."

"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. "Perfect location for what we needed "

"This spot was perfect for my family. "

"Excellent location."

"Just book it, especially if travelling with kids. This place has everything you need to feel at home. The arcade games were such an amazing touch to keep our 8 year old busy after running around all day... and you will be running around all day because you'll be close to everything. The hosts are amazing communicators and send an incredibly thourough guide and respond with promptness to any other questions. Hoping to get back sooner rather than later."

"It was a great stay and the hosts were great with communication. Very clean and welcoming."

"The stay was excellent. We loved it and would definitely stay again. "

"Very nice place - beds not that comfortable but not terrible either. Very good location in the city to explore and walk."

"Traveling for a conference, this property was perfect for our group. Location was blocks from the convention center and offered everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and host was amazing!"

"What a fabulous location. Great place, awesome host."

"The property is in an excellent location. We walked everywhere from there and the neighborhoods were safe.Check-in was clearly presented with photos; the elevator was not working. We had to wind around to take the stairs, but no problem unless someone has difficulty with stairs.First walking in, the place looks very nice just like the photos; as looking closer one notices wear, marks on walls with missing pictures, some lights that do not work...minor overall but one should not expect a...
