  • Perfect Location! I know everybody says that, but this is literally the best location in Phoenix/Scottsdale! Just remodeled! Brand new furniture! 15 minutes from Sky Harbor, walking distance from over 30 restaurants.

    -Sleeps 7 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and family room. Nicely remodeled, washer/dryer. Awesome backyard, plenty of room to entertain!
    -Charming front porch and tranquil backyard with patio furniture!
    -Perfect base of operations for Spring Training, WM Open, Car Week, etc. Five minute Uber to Old Town or Fashion Square.

Great Location

This property is great for a small group, especially all adults. There was plenty of room and the home was set up with incidentals so you didn't have to purchase everything when you arrived. The location had us within 15-25 minutes of everything we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to visit Phoenix, spring training or something close to Old Town.
