"We stayed here on two separate occasions on our recent travels to London. First, you check in with a tablet, so you get no interaction from a person while checking in. We just got off of a 9 hour flight and went out to explore London a bit after putting our luggage in our room. When we got back, we noticed none of the electrical sockets were working in the room. I informed the staff of the issue but told them that they could not come due to the kids sleeping. They never came the next day until I had to ask again. It is very difficult navigating around a new city without a phone to guide you because it is dead. When we returned the next stay, I wanted to try the sockets first thing. When I plugged in my adapter, sparks flew everywhere. The bathroom was filthy disgusting as well. London was great but this hotel was the worst part about our vacation. "

"The location is excellent. The club room are very nice! If the coffee machine is not broken or they have one backup, our stay will be exceptional prefect. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept wonderfully. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was high quality and delicious. The only downside was that my room was located right next to a door leading from the main lobby to the rooms, so I could hear every time someone opened or closed it."

"Great location! Very central to everything you want to see in London! 5 minute walk to the heart of Covent Garden. The rooms are very small, but they are enough for a single traveler making the value for the location a good one. I would like to see them add a few coat hooks on the walls and the room would be perfect. There is very minimal space to put any suitcases or hang cloths. That is probably the only downfall of this hotel. All in all, the value for this hotel is there and I would recommend it for any single traveler. "

"Very small room with no storage space, but recently modernized. New management has adopted the worst practices of budget airlines, with extortionate pricing for basics like arriving at 1:30 pm for 3 pm checkin time - 20 pounds. Storing luggage -- 10 pounds per piece. Room cleaning -- extra charges. This attitude toward customers stinks."
