Wow - fantastic resort! The check-in procedure was a joy - cold towels, delicious fresh drink, flowers, and the utmost of attention from the staff. The staff here are excellent - everyone we spoke with was fantastic - the people are really great!!! The condition of the resort is near perfection. The views are fantastic. The restaurants serve excellent food, with outstanding service. They have golf carts and will drive you throughout the resort at any time. The beach is great, as is the pool....

The property is. Is. On conveniently located right in Old town. It’s well maintained with friendly stuff and facilities well designed for wheelchair using disabled travelers. Which is an important requirement for me rooms are spacious and well layer out. Combust beds and room amenities

Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs. The rooms are just amazing, huge, nicely setup, we had a top floor with laguna & sea view which really made it the perfect place to stay. The staff is really there for you, helping, smiling, not pushy like in many other places, you feel at ease. Matthieu (from the hotel) did give us a lot of info so that we could make a good use of our time there, we rented a scooter directly at the hotel to get around and for a good price (if you want a car, rent it from known agencies, would be half the price...

This place was so beautiful. The beach was just magical. The Thai food at the restaurant next door was amazing. You must get massage next to the beach while listening to the ocean. The only complaint is that I ordered the floating breakfast and it began to rain. Instead of them preparing me a new meal, they brought me the stale food that had been waiting for the rain to end. It was a total waste of money. Aside from that, I loved every bit of my stay.

Three days of total relaxation. Not much to do around the area but the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the seafood buffet on the beach, exceptional food. Breakfast was amazing.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were going to skip Phuket but this hotel changed our minds. We are glad it did. Our villa was ridiculous. Anyone that complains about their villa is needy and whiny. The rooms are beautiful. Will recommend.

We loved this resort! The location is stunning: set on the side of a cliff overlooking the beach with sunset views from almost every part of the property. Look no further, this hotel is gorgeous, from the pool to room, just beautiful. I was vacationing with my daughter and stayed in Phuket from aug 10 through the 16 I only stay in 4/5 star hotels and this is definitely a 5 star. We got a room that had a huge balcony with lounge couches overlooking the pool and sea. The room was beautiful and big. A two minute walk down a hill to the beach, definitely manageable. First off, brilliant hotel. One of the best on the island. Beautiful bungalows and 5 star spa, amazing vibe. And perfect food. Service was wonderful. Bond who is the manager is likely one of the best hotel managers in the region and was super helpful with everything and we really appreciated it. Only thing we would note is that its not the best beach and the better beach is on the other side of the island. Thank you!
