Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort
Great pool, right across the beach at the quieter side of town. Good local dining options near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did I say great pool? Kept clean and very watchful staff (for children's safety). It was a great stay..the hotel is definitely one of the newer ones on the strip.

Meet Holiday Hotel
Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally.
