"We had a great visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. The grounds were well kept up and maintained. The breakfasts each morning were delicious. The rooms were made up every day. We even had the pizza one night and it was delicious. The only drawback was the 10 minute walk to the bus line and then back up afterwards. But we knew about it before we came. And we did it every day. If you can't, then a taxi will be happy to pick you up. But it was a quick 20...

"We arrived quite exhausted and late after flight delays, 21 hours of traveling, and just looking forward to putting our heads down. The greeting by our host was not too welcoming nor understanding. It came off like we were inconveniencing him. I woukd agree with The window had a screen that was broken, letting the mosquitoes in. Had to choose between mosquito bites or cool air for sleeping…The breakfast was nice with made to order eggs, choice of croissant, and high point was that it was served...

" "I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.""

"Definitely will stay here again!"

"Hot water takes a long time to get to the room. Hotel is about a 25 minute bus ride south of the town center with not a lot of amenities around it."

"Very helpful staff and comfortable affordable stay"

"We stayed for 14 days and our experience was very nice. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, Our apartment was nice and cozy, The one thing I would recommend is to state in advertising that it is located 2 miles from town and no public transportation. One must rent a car to get down to town or pay Taxi fees of $50.00+ to get back and forth."

"Beautiful part of Florence on a tree lined walkwaynear restaurants and shops. Had an elevator that worked!"

"Beware- there’s no AC in this apartment! When I booked on Expedia, it showed that there’s an AC, just like a person’s review right before my stay, which unfortunately I didn’t see until after. The fans that were provided are a JOKE. Two little table fans that make more noise than air - for 5 people. When I asked for additional fan, I was told none are available. When I complained, I was told the listing doesn’t have AC on Expedia - it was obviously removed from the listing, since both I...

"Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there."

"The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. I would highly recommend it!"
