"Walking to the bay was doable although we didn’t swim there. House was very clean and there were beach umbrellas as well as a noodle available for swimming. "

Place was clean.I need to add we caused damage by accident on their stove but with Host help we resolved issue and always received a friendly response.My family and I would definitely return to this place next time we come to La Paz. "We had a wonderful time, it was really close to the malecón where we enjoyed food, Tim ‘s bike rentals and Baja adventures ( fun for teens and kids).The host was friendly and spoke English well. The home was modern and clean very comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. It was peaceful for being in the city and it was really nice to have the parking area behind a garage door in a covered area it made it easy to unload and load the van right into the casa. "
