"I did not like the area. I did not like that the doors were always closed, that there was a slight gap in the blinds so people could look into my room. It took the lady an hour to find my reservation. There was always loud music playing late at night and sometimes the owner’s kid would cry a lot."

"Having stayed in several other hotels in Quito before I can say from now on Dann Carlton will always be my choice. Several reasons - reasonable prices, great facilities including gym and pool and the executive lounge, great food options, location of course but most of all the people working there, particularly Giovanni from management and Alex in the bar who have made me feel at home. Many thanks for a superb service, see you soon!!! "
