"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "We truly enjoyed our stay at this little retreat just outside the city of Quito. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and informative about the surrounding areas. He gave us great tips on when and where to visit in and around the city with insider info given his life lived in the area.
