"Nice location. Great staff. Clean rooms, modern bathrooms. Exceptional bed. Stayed here a few times. It’s now my Tampa go to. Breakfast is typical. Not a lover but it’s what it is. Do not like the charge for parking $8 p/n Just add this to the price Expedia. What’s next a resort fee? "

"Needed a room close to Raymond James Stadium. Great value. But, at 7.5+ miles away, in traffic it was sooooo far away. Bathroom sink emitted a sulfuric avoid accent like rotten eggs; alerted the front desk-- see if it gets fixed. Breakfast was ample and typical but eggs were dry and overcooked. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this Tampa VRBO! The outdoor space was a highlight—well-kept pool, hot tub, and beautifully maintained property. The house was thoughtfully set up for a family, with plenty of amenities that made our vacation comfortable and stress-free.The decor was clean and minimalist, and we appreciated the abundance of towels, shower essentials, blankets, and pillows. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall setup made us feel right at home.The pool and hot tub were cleaned and maintained twice a week, which kept everything in great shape. Nate, the pool guy, was super friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants.Stephanie, the host, was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. When the original grill wasn’t working well, she and Kevin from the property management team quickly provided a new one—great service!The home is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area. Some highlights of our trip included the Shell Key clear kayak tour, Pass-a-Grille Beach, Honeymoon Beach, and local golf.We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!"
