Spent two weeks in Europe and this was hands down my favorite place. The view and room was so beautiful and Ana was so helpful and kind. And makes the most amazing food with local farm products.

Amazing stay for our family of 4!! 1000% recommend for the views, the pool, the room, the helpful staff, the breakfast, the location and how convenient it is to so many towns around Tuscany.

We were so comfortable and impressed with L'Olmo. Communication prior to our trip was perfect. We got there and the grounds were immaculate, the room was stunning, and the location was extremely convenient. The staff was very helpful. We loved staying here and can recommend it whole heartedly.

Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.

Freshly renovated space owned and run by a very kind couple that puts love into the hospitality they provide their guests. That includes lots of homemade baked goodies/snacks, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in a lovely terrace garden area.

My husband and I spent one night at Residenza dei Ricci last weekend and cannot wait to return. It is ideally situated for exploring Chiusi and the surrounding area. Our short time spent under the care of Donatella and Raffaele was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. They are talented, congenial and generous hosts. My husband and I spent 6 fabulous nights here. From the moment I made the reservation, I felt in good hands with great communication about any question I had. The front desk can assist with wine excursions, spa, cooking class and even are connected with a nice local gym you can attend for a small fee. Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!

Great location. Modern, updated rooms. To be sure, this is a small, limited service hotel. Staff is friendly, location is great, comfy bed, modern (small) bathroom. It worked great for us.

Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

A wonderful greeting by the employees and owner at an upscale hotel at the top of Montepulciano .......reserve parking in front for free............We lucked out with a "blues" band playing the night of our arrival at the wine bar below............ a great stop in a great town!!!
