Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!

LOVED the property! This was the first time the room was much larger and grander than the photos online. I would estimate 1000 square feet. The ceilings were absolutely stunning and were original from 500 years ago. The bathroom was huge with a fabulous shower. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and high-quality food with fresh eggs from their farm, including delicious baked goods. Not only do I highly recommend, we hope to be back sometime soon. Arrivederci Montepulciano! Ciao

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. La propiedad tiene una vista espectacular y transmite una tranquilidad increíble, perfecta para descansar y desconectarse. This was ou first stay but will not be our last. Wonderful reception and service throughout including breakfast and dinner. The pool is a great dip after a day in Pienza. Covered parking was a good bonus and near laundry and small coop market. AC in family suite was excellent.

Our stay at B&B Le Scalette di Piazza in Montalcino was excellent. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing parking permits and facilitating our luggage drop-off. The room was lovely and comfortable, with amazing views of the countryside. I would have happily stayed there for an entire week just to wake up to that view daily! First of all the thing you should know is that the town is a walled city like most of the towns in Tuscany. It is difficult to know where to park when you first get there. We ended up parking down at the bottom of the hill and only bringing a couple of backpacks with us up to the room. When we got there Luisa and Guiseppe were so nice, Luisa even came with me to move my car to someplace closer, and when there were no more spots gave up her spot and had me park there and then drove us back up to...
