"There was no air conditioning in our room. It wasn’t too hot but not really pleasant sleep. Leaving the windows open at night in the country side up in a mountain is a little scary we could get bugs or else in the room. I am sorry, but A/C is a must for a hotel this level"

"Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night."

The only blemish was that our room had a view to the service road/entry and a wall. Not quite what we expected in an over 400-dollars-per-night room on top of a hill. "The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped us not only with a recommendation at a local restaurant, but with a reservation as well. The room was fantastic, with great views, air conditioning and heat, with a bathroom that was incredibly well designed. Parking was easy and the breakfast was everything we could have hoped for. The entire experience was superb and I would like to thank our host for making our stay a highlight of a vacation filled with highlights!!"
