"The staff were so friendly to our kids and had some great recommendation for food. The pool and hot tub was lovely. In the basement but the vibe was elevated. It didn’t smell moldy or have any signs of mildew. A good spot to be close to the market and the space needle! "

"This was our third atay at Citizen M and while we didnt get a beautiful view this time around, we did get early check-in, the friendly staff as well as self check-in option, and the usual comfy bed and uber modern room experience. Started our evening in the lounge with an impeccably crafted “Old Fashioned” and ended our night after the Mariners home opener with a couple of beers and delicious pizza from the kitchen to take back to our room."

"The only issue we encountered was the need to leave early to catch the boat to Victoria and there were no great options for eating before 7 am. Yes, there's a small grab and go but not if you want something other than a pastry for breakfast. "

"The valet parking was a touch confusing as we weren’t sure exactly where to go, but that’s more of a layout/street setup issue! Once you pull up and check in with the parking guys it was seamless. The front desk people were SO kind and amazing. Personable, friendly, hilarious and immediately welcoming. Our room was clean and very nicely styled. The beds were very comfortable and the PILLOWS WERE SO MUCH NICER THAN USUAL!! the bedding was soft and didn’t feel like the usual stiff and scratchy hotel bulk sheets. highly recommend, and the location cannot be beat! "
