Couple of items: I am not sure where they found Mallory in reception but she ranks as the nicest, most thoughtful, helpful receptionist I have met and that is traveling the globe. She was the most genuine cheeriest person you could imagine, and gave us a personal mapped tour of what to see which *really* helped. Hilton is lucky to have her as an ambassador to their property. Take care of her! I had issues with the AC. It stopped cooling overnight one night, I think it thought the room was empty. Lost hours sleep. But stuff happens when you travel, you should put this property high on your list if you want to be at the wharf. "
