Not a huge deal, if you know that that is what you are getting into, but imagining that you're going to get a room like the one in the pictures and then getting bait-and-switched is insane. I couldn't even stomach one night there. "

"Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it. "
