"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made mornings easy and convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. I also liked that this hotel was more affordable than many of the downtown options while still being close enough to walk to Chinatown, Johnson Market, and even Fisherman’s Wharf. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because I noticed some dust buildup on the stairwell railing. Aside from that one area, everything — especially the room itself — was spotless."
